Tear & Share Spinach Cob Loaf | Starter for Festive Season | Spinach Dip Recipe

Hey guys, here is my favourite Spinach Dip Cob Loaf brought just for you for this festive season party. Try this recipe and please don't forget to comment, like, share & SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy & delicious recipes.

All you need to do is heat some oil and saute 2 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, 1 small onion, some frozen spinach until the water dries up from the spinach.

In a bowl combine cheese spread, sour cream, cream of chicken soup mix and some salt and pepper for seasoning.

Now add the spinach mixture to this bowl and spoon this mixture into a cob loaf as shown in the video, after cutting off the top of the cob loaf to make a lid. Bake this bread @ 180C for 15 minutes or until crisp and enjoy with your friends and family.

This is a simple and easy recipe, yet so delicious that you can really really impress your friends at the party.

TEAR & SHARE SPINACH COB LOAF RECIE:

Prep time: 3 mins. Cook time: 7 mins. Baking time: 15 mins. Total time: 25 mins.

Serves: 10

Ingredients:

450g cob loaf

2 tbsp oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

1 small red onion, chopped

500g frozen spinach

125g cheese spread

150g sour cream

40g cream of chicken soup mix

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper powder

Method:

Heat oil and saute garlic, green chilli and onion until golden brown

Add frozen spinach, cover and cook until it thaws

Open lid and stir until water dries up

Turn off flame and keep it aside for cooling

Combine cheese spread, sour cream, cream of chicken soup mix, salt & pepper

Add the cooked spinach

Mix it well

Now cut off the top of cob loaf to form a lid

Scoop the bread pieces from the centre of the loaf and also from the lid

Spoon the spinach mixture into the loaf and cover with the lid

Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp @ 180C (after preheating the oven)
