Scrambled Eggs in 2 mins | Healthy breakfast prepared to prevent & reverse Dementia

You must be wondering what's so great about this recipe. Even a child can make scrambled eggs. But what is special about this recipe is that I am using coconut oil instead of butter and also I am adding turmeric powder to prevent dementia. India, whose food contains a large amount of turmeric, has the lowest rates of dementia. Curcumin, a chemical in turmeric, has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Coconut oil is brain food. It makes ketones available to our brain and there is evidence that coconut oil can reverse dementia, lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, arthritis and diabetes.

When doctors say that there is no cure for dementia and Alzheimers disease, research has proved that 4 tbsp of coconut oil per day can reverse the dementia in patients who have no hope of recovery. If we spread the coconut oil on our bread instead of butter we don't have to consume it directly. We can cook our food with coconut oil, we can add it to our smoothies or we can simply add a dollop of it on hot rice or hot curries. The aroma of coconut oil is so good that you just can't compare it with any other oil. I have grown up in Mangalore, eating food cooked in coconut oil and all south Indians use coconut oil in all their preparations, apply coconut oil on hair, body, face, etc because it kills bacteria and fungus.

Now after learning the health benefits of coconut oil and turmeric, I am sure you guys are interested in knowing how to prepare a quick healthy breakfast. To make quick scrambled eggs, all you need to do is heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan and add 3 eggs and 2 tablespoon of milk to make it more flavourful and moist. Then you gently move it with a spatula for a minute until the eggs are cooked over low flame. Lastly, add salt as per your taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and some chilli flakes for that extra flavour.

Meanwhile, toast bread slices on a toaster and spread coconut oil; or better still, spread some coconut oil on the bread slices and then toast it in a pan and enjoy the yummy scrambled eggs with crispy toast.

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp organic coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 2 pinch pink rock salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 2 slices of brown bread


  1. Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tbsp organic coconut oil

  2. Add 3 eggs and 2 tbsp milk

  3. Stir it over low flame until eggs are cooked

  4. Now add salt, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and gently mix

  5. Toast bread slices on a toaster and spread coconut oil or spread coconut oil and then toast the bread in a pan

  6. Place hot scramble egg on the bread slices and enjoy the healthy breakfast with an orange for a dose of vit. C and to refresh.
