Hey guys, bored of usual Mutton preparation, try making this lip-smacking main dish to impress your friends & family but don't forget to comment, like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy and delicious recipes.
This is a Muglai dish. Kofta means meat balls. This dish is prepared in two stages. First the koftas are prepared by grinding mutton mince meat along with aromatic herbs and the magical Indian spices. For binding the mince, roasted chana dal (chickpea) is added. I have added cashew nuts too for the extra nutty flavour.
Once the mince meat is ground, small meat balls are rolled out and either fried or cooked in the beautiful gravy.
Curry is prepared with fried onion, ginger, garlic, tomato puree, yogurt and the aromatic spices.
Relish this dish with the mutton kebab like koftas and the goodness of the rich gravy.
