Gluten-free Chickpea Curst Pizza on Stovetop | Healthy Vegan GF Chickpea Flour Crust Pizza

Here is another Gluten-free Pizza for all my Vegan and gluten intolerant friends. This chickpea crust pizza will surely blow your taste buds!!! Try it, enjoy it and please don't forget to comment, like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy and delicious recipes.

This is a super easy recipe. No kneading the dough, no messy hands with sticky dough. All you need to do is make a thick pancake type of batter with chickpea flour. I have added 2 tbsp. of rice flour to make the crust crispy. I have also added 1/4 tsp baking soda to fluff the batter and carom seeds for easy digestion.

You have to pour the batter on a medium high flame skillet and spread it like a pancake, cover and cook until it looks dry, flip it over, brush olive oil on both sides and turn off the heat.

Now you can spread the tomato sauce. (I have mixed the tomato paste with minced garlic, oregano, chilli flakes and salt).

Finally, jazz it up with the toppings of your choice. (I have used pan roasted red onion rings, capsicum slices, olives, fresh tomato slices, broccoli and mozzarella cheese).

Now you cook the pizza crust on a skillet covered with a lid over low flame until the cheese melts.

Invite all your vegan friends and enjoy the pizza night!!!
