Instant Beef Roast | Instant Pot Roast | Pressure Cooker Beef Steak Roast Indian Style

Who doesn't like roast meat? Here is an instant beef roast video for your quick lunch or dinner.

All you need to do is, prick some beef steaks, add some salt, lime, vinegar, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder , some freshly crushed peppercorns and keep it aside.

Meanwhile, saute some cinnamon, cloves, red onions and sear the steak on the pan and add it to the pressure cooker. Cook it either for 3 whistles or over low flame for 15 minutes after the first whistle.

Heat some coconut oil and fry some Kashmiri red chillies and add the sliced meat along with the flavourful gravy and top it with some yummy fried potatoes and enjoy the beefy heaven.

INSTANT BEEF ROAST RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1kg beef steak

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 4 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp garlic

  • 2 tbsp ginger

  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 1/2" cinnamon

  • 12 cloves

  • 1 cup red onions, chopped

  • 3 Kashmiri chillies

  • 2 potatoes, cubed and fried

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Method:

  1. Prick the steak with a knife and add 1 tsp salt, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, Kashmiri chilli powder, freshly crushed peppercorns, turmeric powder and mix well.

  2. Meanwhile, saute cinnamon, cloves, onion until golden brown.

  3. In the same pan add the steak by moving the onions to one corner

  4. When one side of the steak turns slightly brown, flip it over and after both sides have turned golden brown, transfer the steaks and the onions to a pressure cooker

  5. Add the residue also to the pressure cooker

  6. Close the cooker and cook the beef for 15 minutes over low flame after the first whistle

  7. Open the cooker when cool and cut the steak into slices

  8. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil and fry the Kashmiri chillies

  9. Now add the sliced beef along with the gravy

  10. Add 1/2 tsp freshly crushed peppercorns

  11. Also, add fried potatoes and mix in the gravy

  12. Garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy hot beefy heaven.
