Hey guys, here is a super easy & delicious Veg Pulav for busy people. Try it and please don't forget to comment, like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy and delicious recipes.
This is my daily cooking rice 'Sona Masoori' which we get in Australia. You don't have to use expensive Basmati rice everyday. All you need to do is wash the rice, boil some water and use some frozen veggies lying in your refrigerator to make a quick flavourful pulav.
No soaking rice, no chopping onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli. Just add the washed rice to the cooker with double the quantity of hot water and for the flavouring, add whole garam masala (cinnamon, clove, cardamoms and a bay leaf), 1 tsp of Biryani masala or any other masala that you have and a chicken stock cube or a veg cube , salt and most important and healthy ingredient is 1 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter). That does the magic for health as well as for flavour.
You have to cook this rice in pressure cooker only for 6 minutes on low flame after the 1st whistle. Enjoy hot rice when you are tired from work. My family just loves it. I am sure your family will love it too!!!
