Strawberry Banana Muffins

Grab those ripe bananas lying on your kitchen counter and chop some fresh strawberries and make some super spongy and not too sweet muffins. The sweet banana and strawberries flavours pair perfectly.

All you need to do is mash those ripe bananas, whisk 2 eggs and add 1/2 cup oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder for flavour.

Now mix dry ingredients, i.e. flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and stir in the diced strawberries.

Combine both dry ingredients and wet ingredients and mix it well so that everything is moist.

Preheat the oven at 180C and spray the cooking oil into the muffins cups and add 1 scoop of mixture in each cup.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the toothpick pricked in the centre comes out clean.

Cool the muffins for 10 minutes and enjoy!!!

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1 cut diced strawberries

  • 2 eggs lightly beaten

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • oil for spraying the cups


  1. Preheat the oven for 180C

  2. Peel 3 ripe bananas

  3. cut or mash them with a fork

  4. add 2 eggs lightly beaten

  5. Add vanilla extract, oil and mix

  6. In an another bowl add all purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt and mix.

  7. Add diced strawberries and mix

  8. Now add the egg banana mixture and mix

  9. Spray oil into the muffins cups and fill 1 scoop of mixture in each cup

  10. Bake at 180C for 15 mins.

  11. Remove and cool it for 10 minutes and enjoy.
