Gluten Free Garlic Naan Bread | Quick & Easy Gluten Free Naan Bread Recipe - Curry for the Soul
For all my gluten intolerant friends who are craving for Garlic Naan, here is my quick & easy recipe which is tried and enjoyed by my students. Please try and don't forget to comment, like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy and delicious recipes.
Unlike the naan dough which needs kneading, shaping and rolling, I have been making gluten free naans with thick batter like the pancakes. Trust me, it turns out like the 'real naan' which is crispy, chewy and has the charred effect.
All you need to do is, combine Gluten Free All Purpose Flour with Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, salt and a tsp of yeast mixed with coconut milk to get the spongy naans.
You can easily cook them on a stove top like the pancakes in no time.
You will love these Gluten Free Naans. The coconut milk makes the naans fragrant and delicious too.

3/4th cup gluten free all purpose flour
3/4th cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp salt
1 & 3/4th cup coconut milk
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2-3 garlics, chopped fine

After 30 minutes, stir the fermented batter to remove the air bubbles
Heat a non-stick pan and brush little coconut oil
Pour 1 ladle batter in the centre and spread
Now sprinkle some minced garlic and coriander leaves
Cover and keep until one side becomes crisp
Now flip it over and with a spatula keep pressing the naan to cook evenly
