Friends, if you love seafood, this Prawn Chilli Fry is just to die for. Enjoy it and please don't forget to comment, like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube for more such easy and delicious recipes.

I have used small fresh prawns here. Trust me, they taste better than the jumbo prawns. They are soft and tender and absorb the spices very well resulting in amazing flavours.

I have shallow fried these prawns for just 4 minutes on both sides after marinating with salt, chilli powder, vinegar and soy sauce.

Then you need to saute garlic, ginger, green chillies, red onion, some capsicum and add some spicy chilli sauce along with soya sauce and finally garnish with some spring onions and tomato sauce for the restaurant style flavour.

Try these and I guarantee you that you will never visit any Asian restaurants after relishing these prawns.
