All you have to do is add the wheat-flour to the food processor along with salt, oil or ghee. Ghee is better because it adds flavour to the chapatis and they remain soft even the next day. Ghee has lot of health benefits compared to oil or butter.

Now pulse (run) the food processor for ½ a minute to mix the salt and oil thoroughly with the flour. Then with the machine running, keep adding warm water in a trickle until the dough forms into a pliable and soft ball.

That’s it. Now transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before proceeding to make chapatis.
