I have made this Chicken Burger with the bread loaf which was available in my kitchen pantry. You can use bun bread or any other bread. What matters is the tasty patty that goes into the Burger.

I have combined chicken mince with Tandoori masala powder, roasted onion, ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, mint leaves, egg and bread slices to form a tasty patty.

Then I have toasted the bread halves and spread a good dollop of mayonnaise mixed with spicy BBQ sauce and then assembled the Burger with tomato slices and shredded lettuce leaves.

You can add cheese and any other vegetables of your choice.

Your Burger is ready within 15 minutes!!! Your kids will never drag you to Hungry Jacks or McDonalds anymore.
