This is a super easy recipe, unlike the traditional lengthy one. You don't have to boil the milk and reduce it to half. Add sugar or jaggery to the evaporated milk, flavour it with kesar and garnish it with pistachios and keep it for fermenting overnight.
All you need to do is mix some Greek yogurt with condensed milk and flavour it with cardamom powder, rose water and some crushed pistachios and place it in a warm oven to set for 10 minutes. Once set, refrigerate it until you serve. Your rich, creamy and refreshing dessert is ready!!!. How cool that can be?
