Detailed recipe is on my website: under the tab 'free recipes'.

Mango Shrikhand or Amrakhand is a very popular Indian dessert especially in Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is eaten either as a dessert or with pooris.

I have combined full cream Greek yogurt (which is very thick) with mango pulp, condensed milk and cardamom powder and garnished with crushed pistachios and almond slivers which are readily available in super market. I didn't have to strain the Greek yogurt as it is done traditionally.

So, here is your instant, easy, simple and exotic dessert.

Prep time: 5 mins.
