All you need to do is stir fry some ginger, garlic, green chilli, red onion cubes, capsicum cubes and add the spicy sauces, chilli, soy and tomato ketch-up and coat the paneer cubes and garnish with some green spring onions to turn your meal into a flavourful sensation.

CHILLI PANEER WRAP RECIPE:
Prep time: 2 mins. Cook time: 5 mins. Total time: 7 mins.

Recipe Type: Quick & healthy Lunch
400g paneer cut into cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chillies
1 red onion
1 red capsicum
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp green spring onions
Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté for a minute
Add red onion cubes and sauté for a minute
Add red capsicum cubes and stir for a minute
Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and stir
And paneer cubes, salt and mix gently
Add spring onions and switch off the flame
Stuff this chilli paneer mixture in wholegrain wraps or chapatis and roll
For lunch boxes, wrap them with silver foil
