I am sure you all know that Tuna fish has very high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce cholesterol in the arteries and blood vessels. It is an excellent source of protein.

I have combined ready to eat (Indian mild curry) Tuna with red onion, bell pepper, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, mashed potato, coriander leaves and lemon juice and of course Tasty Cheese wrapped inside wholegrain tortillas. I have toasted the wraps after filling to melt the cheese and make them crisp and more delicious.

These healthy and tasty Tuna Wraps will satisfy your appetite! In 5 minutes you can make a meal. How easy that can be?
