Learn how to make simple and basic POTATO SALAD.
This recipe is super easy and simple, yet best and healthy. I boiled the potato cubes in pressure cooker for 1 whistle and combined it with yogurt, milk cream, onion-garlic powder, some crushed black pepper, salt, boiled eggs and garnished with spring onion and a fresh red chilli from my garden, for that extra zing in my tastebud.
This is one of the creamiest and richest potato salad you've ever had. It's perfect to serve at a picnic, bbq, holiday party or buffet style lunch.

POTATO SALAD RECIPE

2 large potatoes skinned, cut into cubes and boiled in pressure cooker
2 boiled eggs
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk cream
1 tsp onion powder or half red onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic smashed
1 tsp freshly crushed black peppercorns
1 tsp salt
Green spring onion for garnishing
1 fresh red chilli for garnishing
Boil 2 potato cubes in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle
Open the cooker immediately and cool the potato cubes.
Boil 2 eggs, de-shell them and cut into quarters.
In a large bowl combine yogurt, milk cream, crushed black pepper, onion powder or red onion chopped, garlic powder or fresh garlic smashed, salt and mix it well.
Add the boiled potato cubes and mix gently.
Add the boiled eggs and mix gently
Add green spring onion and 1 fresh red chilli (you can reduce the chilli as per your taste)
Mix gently and check the seasoning
Garnish with some more green spring onion and red chilli and refrigerate it until you serve.
Enjoy healthy, creamy and delicious Potato Salad.
