SHANKARPALI FOR CHRISTMAS
FULL VIDEO ON YOUTUBE
Shankarpali is a traditional sweet snack made during Christmas. These sweets are crispy, crunchy and taste like the nan-katai bakery biscuits. These are loved by everyone.
You don't have to wait for Christmas. These are very easy to make and are a good tea time snack and you can munch them at any time of the day.
The savoury version is called Shankarpara in North India. Shankarpalis are generally made with all-purpose flour but you can also make them with whole-wheat flour or mixture of both.
Try them for this Christmas season and enjoy with your friends. But please don't forget to like, share and SUBSCRIBE to my channel Curry for the Soul on YouTube.
