Hey guys, here is another quick & easy yummy Egg Puffs Starter for the upcoming Christmas season.

Hard boiled eggs coated with flavourful spicy masala, wrapped up in golden crispy & flaky puff pastry is a treat for your taste buds.

Puff pastries are generally baked in bakeries. But now you can easily make them at home with a good quality frozen puff pastry sheet. During my childhood, we couldn't get such yummy stuff. This year, when I was in Mangalore, I bought some from a famous bakery and I realised they are tasting same as the ones I make at home.

I got the recipe from one of my friend Geisha who had brought them for a picnic. I loved them so much, i couldn't wait to try them at home and my family enjoyed them and I have been making them ever since.

Here is my version of delicious Spicy Egg Puffs. Try making them before Christmas and I am sure you will make them again for Christmas to impress your friends and relies.

So, lets get cracking!!!
