Salmon is a heart friendly fish with Omega-3 fatty acids and not only healthy but delicious too. This pan seared crunchy skinned salmon is tender and fatty inside and mouth watering too.
It takes just 7 minutes to sear your salmon.

Ingredients:
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Breadcrumbs for coating the fish
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Mix ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt.
Coat the fish with this spice mixture.
Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over it and shallow fry starting with skin side down.
Flip when the skin turns crispy
Remove from pan when done
Enjoy with your favourite salad and some potato mix.
