Succulent and delicious chicken made with a heavenly blend of the freshest garden herbs and spices.
I first tasted this delicious chicken curry in India at one of my Muslim friend's place. I couldn't help but fall in love with it and so I asked her for the recipe.
What struck me most about the recipe was it's sheer simplicity. Her recipe was slightly different though and only required dried fenugreek leaves or Kasoori Methi.
I thought of improvising it with some more green herbs to make it more healthy and delicious. There are various versions of this very popular chicken recipe. However, with my recipe, I don't like grinding the herbs to a fine paste as I like to see, feel and taste the goodness of these fresh herbs.
